Cryo compact blast freezers manufactured with CNC fabricated machine for hygienic top class sanitation stainless steel grade inner finish. New large self closing hatches that open to 80° provide easy access to all parts of the freezer making the product zone fully cleanable.
Patterned jet flow cooled air comes in direct contact with the product being cooled, cooling is much faster than with conventional room cooling. This gives the advantage of rapid product movement through the cooling plant and the size of the plant is typically one third to one fourth that of an equivalent cold room type of plant.
