Dust collector are fitted with non woven polyester fabric capable of capturing dust particles as small as 10 microns and are designed with separate dust collection bin for easy disposal of dust. Machine can be connected with 6, 8, 10” standard flexible suction duct hoses.
Fume collector designed with extractor arm to focus the particular place fume or mist sucked through the flexible hose to the machine. Will have a self contained activated carbon filter or electro static filter to capture the odors in the air.
The Mist collector are designed with 4 level filtration system to capture Coolant Mist and Oil Mist from the CNC machine. The collected Mist convert it again in the oil separator and it will send it to machine sump again. |
